MS Outlook is used by hundreds of millions of people to manage their emails, calendars, tasks, and contacts. With MS Outlook, users can easily send, receive, and organize emails, set up meetings and appointments, create to-do lists, and maintain a comprehensive address book.
There are many different types of task and time management services available today. But you do not need them if you have an Office 365 subscription. This step-by-step and in-depth guide will show you how to boost your productivity with Microsoft Outlook. Time blocking, time logging, and task systematization are the three basic methods for becoming a top performer.
Users of Microsoft email services are well acquainted with the OST format, which is used to store data in encrypted form. Converting OST files allows you to get rid of format restrictions, after which mailings will become available to the user for offline work in Outlook.

The Desktop Alert is an alert window that pops up when you receive a new email, a meeting request, or a task request to the Outlook default Inbox.
Microsoft Outlook uses the semicolon as a separator between addresses. However, a natural way to type multiple addresses into the To, Cc, or Bcc fields is to use commas. If you are used to commas, you can customize Outlook to recognize commas as separators.
Email addresses in the Bcc field are not visible to the To and Cc fields' recipients and each other. Enable the Bcc (blind carbon copy) field in the Outlook message window and add her/his address to Bcc to send a copy of the email to the recipient that should not be visible to other recipients.
Outlook proposes easy and fast way to import contacts from the CSV file to your Outlook. It can be prepared in Excel or saved in another Outlook instance (see How to export Outlook Contacts to a CSV file).
You may want to save Outlook contacts for future use. For example, to move them to another PC, or add them to another email client. Fortunately, you can save all contacts to the file in CSV format.
Exchange Server users or Microsoft 365 Business subscribers can share a contact folder with another person inside and outside of the organization if sharing contact lists is supported by the organization's sharing policies. If you do not have an Exchange Server account or your organization policies do not allow contact folders sharing, Microsoft Outlook does not offer the Share Contacts option. However, you can share contact lists, email groups, or distribution lists by creating the contact group, attaching it to the email, sending the email, and importing.
