Shortcuts for open:

Ctrl+N - Create a new appointment

Ctrl+Shift+A - Create a new appointment from anywhere in Outlook

Ctrl+Shift+Q - Create a new meeting request

Ctrl+. (period) - Read a next appointment (with an appointment open)

Ctrl+, (comma) - Read a previous message (with a message open)


Navigation shortcut keys:

Alt+1, Alt+2, and so on, through to Alt+0 (for 10) - Show from 1 to 10 days in the calendar

Ctrl+G - Go to date

Alt+- (minus sign) or Ctrl+Alt+3 - Switch to Full week view

Ctrl+Alt+2 - Switch to Work week view

Alt+Home - Start of week

Alt+End - End of week

Alt+= (equals sign) or Ctrl+Alt+4 - Switch to Month view

Ctrl+right arrow/Ctrl+left arrow - Next/previous day

Alt+down arrow/Alt+up arrow - Next/previous week

Alt+Page Down/Alt+Page Up - Next/previous month
