Building Conversations from Emails

EasyLinkMail is an email efficiency tool that builds a continuous conversation by following an email trail utilizing smart content linking technology. With this technology, emails of similar topics are grouped together evolving into one seamless conversation. Each conversation can be viewed within Outlook in a specially designed EasyLinkMail side panel that allows you to see all replies, forwards, CC's, participants involved and file attachments!
Email Conversations

EasyLinkMail - Consolidates emails and converts them into real-time conversations making email comprehension more efficient and gives instant access to related emails, participants and attachments. It is effortless to find out who said what and when from all participants in just one single email conversation that is sorted in chronological order. Time is no longer wasted sifting through duplicates, forwarded and multiple replies or having to manually reconstruct similar email conversations.

With EasyLinkMail, you instantly view:

  • What was said in a chronological sequence from both Inbox and Sent Items folders.
  • Who said what and when they said it.
  • The conversation participants involved.
  • List of related emails.
  • List of attachments that have been exchanged throughout the conversation.
  • Contact information for each participant.
  • The combined conversation in text or full display format.

The following gives you a detail description of EasyLinkMail

EasyLinkMail builds real-time email conversations and display them inside Outlook side panel. You can view participants, related emails, attachments and even quickly reply to an email from this panel. With EasyLinkMail you will not need to use the Outlook Reading Pane any more. To turn off the Outlook Reading Pane from Outlook toolbars select View...Reading Pane...Off.

Using EasyLinkMail is easy. Just highlight an email and full conversation, participants, related emails and attachment will be displayed.

Conversation Panel

  1. Click right icon to minimize the EasyLinkMail conversation panel.
  2. Click close icon will close the EasyLinkMail conversation panel. To re-active the conversation panel, go to the main menu bar (at the top of Outlook Window), select EasyLinkMail..View Panel menu.
  3. Double click on the conversation title will show the conversation in a separate window in the form of an email. You may then send or forward this just like any email.
  4. Click plus icon to switch to displaying the full conversation in the original email format. Clicking minus icon will display the content in a condensed format.

    Note: The number next to the subject name displays the number of emails that are included in the conversation.

  5. View full display at the conversation title hyperlinks to displaying the full conversation in a separate window in Email format.
  6. Click the View Conversation menu will allow you to go back to the full conversation after viewing selected related email.

Participants Panel

  1. Hover over a participant will display the participant email addresses, phone numbers and the last email from this participant in the conversation.
  2. The orange color icon indicates that this person is a From participant.
  3. The blue color icon indicates that this person participates in the CC list.
  4. Participants with link icon are talking in the conversation.

  5. Double clicks on the participant's name will open the Outlook Contact List.
  6. Right mouse click on the participant will give you the following options:
    • Locate Contact - Open the Outlook Contact screen.
    • Send Email - Send an email to this participant.
    • Copy Email Address - Copy the participant's email address.
    • Copy Phone Numbers - Copy the participant's telephone numbers.

Related Emails Panel

  1. Double click the related email will displays the email content in the conversation panel.
  2. Hover over the related email will give you information regarding this email.
  3. Icon input is indicates the emails you have received.
  4. Icon output is indicates the emails you have sent.

  5. The Right Mouse Click Menu on the related emails will give you the following options:
    • Open - Open the selected related email in a new window.
    • Reply - Reply to the participant who sent you this email.
    • Reply All - Reply to all participants that are associated in this email.

Attachments

  1. Double clicks the attachment will open the attachment.
  2. Hover over an attachment to view information regarding the attachment.
  3. Click the hyperlink at the bottom of the popup will open the original email of the attachment.

  4. Right mouse click on the attachment will give you the following options:
    • Open Attachment - Open the selected attachment.
    • Open Email - Open the email where this attachment is received.
    • Forward Attachment - Forward the selected attachment. You may do multiple select to forward.
    • Save As - Save the attachment into a selected folder.

    Click the "File Name" title will sort the files in Ascending or Descending order.  The attachments in blue color correspond to the selected email.

Quick Reply

  1. With quick reply, you can reply to emails without opening the target email.  Just click on any email in the related Email list, enter your reply messages in the space provided then click the Quick Reply button.
  2. When you hover your mouse over the Quick Reply button you will be able to see who you are replying the email to.

  3. When using Quick Reply you may also choose the following options from the Quick Reply drop down menu:
    • Reply All - Reply to all participants in this email.
    • Preview - This open changes the behavior of Quick Reply. If checked, the Quick Reply button will show a preview window before sending.
